Throughout these Terms:

• “You”, “Customer”, “Student” refers to the purchaser and/or student using the service

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

We provide subscription-based access to an online education platform which may include:

• Live online GCSE group lessons
• Lesson recordings
• Assessments and practice questions
• Learning resources (notes, workbooks, study systems)
• WhatsApp support for academic help

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for:

• GCSE and A-level students (the majority of content covered is applicable to all exam boards, but based upon Edexcel specifications)
• Parents or guardians purchasing on behalf of a student

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to the purchase and use of the service.

4. Subscription, Pricing & Payments

• Our services are sold on a annual subscription basis
• Prices depend on package selected
• Payments are processed via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation.

5. Delivery of Access

• Access to the platform is typically granted within 10 minutes of purchase
• Login details, onboarding videos, and booking links may be sent via WhatsApp
• Access issues must be reported promptly so we can resolve them

Failure to check WhatsApp messages or emails does not constitute non-delivery.

6. Refund Policy & 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment.

Full Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days provided:

• The request is made in writing
• There is no excessive use or abuse of the service

Partial Refunds

Upon use of any external applications/websites, you must comply with their ToS, as well as adhering to any updated ruleset made in the future. All and any changes to our main applications and their rules will be announced on WhatsApp.

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to:

• Allow us reasonable time to investigate and resolve the issue

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of access.
